This dreaded cold/flu/cough just wonāt go away so I thought a quick and easy bowl of āCaldo Verdeā might sort me out š¤š»ā£ ā£ Packed with immune boosting garlic & kale and containing only 6 ingredients. Ready in 30 minutes; its the laziest stew of all. If like me youāre fighting the lurgy, hereās how you can make it too ā¬ļøā£ ā£
Ingredientsā£ Chorizoā£ Onion thinly sliced ā£ 4 Garlic cloves sliced ā£ 2 litres chicken stockā£ Charlotte potatoes ā£ Kaleā£ ā£ Cook the chorizo & onion on a medium heat for 10 minutes, the chorizo will release lots of oil & the onions will be soft.ā£ ā£ Add the garlic for 2-3 mins, then add stock & potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.ā£ ā£ Add kale for the last 2 minutes.ā£ ā£ Season well.
